Mission Obstetrics and Gynecology features a staff of four highly trained female physicians, each with an expertise in both obstetrics and gynecology. Our caring female physicians are board certified, which means they have earned the credentials you can trust.

Together, our female obstetricians, gynecologists, nurses, and support staff offer a superior level of treatment and service for women by women, integrating state-of-the-art techniques with proven traditional methods of treatment. Most importantly, as women and physicians, our doctors genuinely listen to and understand your concerns and provide personalized care for your specific needs.

Stephanie Paluda, MD | Mission Obstetrics and Gynecology
Stephanie Paluda, MD
Dr. Paluda values getting to know her patients and learning what is important to them. A board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, she graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed her residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a member of the Central Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and has received multiple awards, including the Research Institute First Place Award and the Young Investigator’s Prize. Dr. Paluda has been recognized in Top Docs (Hour Detroit Magazine) in 2005 and 2006 and as Best Docs (Styling Magazine) in 2007, 2009, 2011, and 2013. She enjoys skiing in northern Michigan with her family and is an avid Detroit sports fan.

Melissa Bayci, MD | Mission Obstetrics and Gynecology
Melissa Bayci, MD
Dr. Bayci prioritizes individualized care by considering each patient's goals, values, and wishes, tailoring medical treatments to meet their specific needs. She addresses women's health concerns—from menstruation and infertility to pregnancy and menopause—with an attentive and collaborative mindset. Dr. Bayci received her medical degree as a member of the charter class of the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. She completed her residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, where she served as Administrative Chief House Officer in her fourth year of residency. She is certified in Robotic Surgery Advanced Training and has a Certificate of Advanced Training in Medical Education. She is an Assistant Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and currently serves as a PRISM mentor to first year medical students. Dr. Bayci is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her family.

Hollyn Trudell, MD
Dr. Trudell earned her medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine in 2018. With a passion for women's health, she has devoted her career to providing comprehensive and personalized care. Dr. Trudell excels in tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs, ensuring optimal outcomes for her patients. Her expertise lies in minimally invasive surgery, with specialized training in daVinci techniques. She has a special interest in infertility and high-risk obstetrics, as well as laparoscopy, emphasizing her dedication to employing cutting-edge techniques to enhance patient well-being and recovery. Outside of her professional commitments, Dr. Trudell finds joy in playing tennis and golf, engaging in running, Peloton workouts, and exploring her passion for travel. She also enjoys spending time with books and solving puzzles.
