Dr. Bayci prioritizes individualized care by considering each patient's goals, values, and wishes, tailoring medical treatments to meet their specific needs. She addresses women's health concerns—from menstruation and infertility to pregnancy and menopause—with an attentive and collaborative mindset. Dr. Bayci received her medical degree as a member of the charter class of the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. She completed her residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, where she served as Administrative Chief House Officer in her fourth year of residency. She is certified in Robotic Surgery Advanced Training and has a Certificate of Advanced Training in Medical Education. She is an Assistant Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and currently serves as a PRISM mentor to first year medical students. Dr. Bayci is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her family.
